Nice find. Didn't know they sold these refurbished directly.

I need something to power two 10" L7. So probably need to hold out for something with a little more power.

The numbers that actually matter: Rated Power 350W RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms,500W RMS x 1 @ 2 ohms.

This is a pretty good price but not amazing for 350 @4ohms.

Polk Audio sells refurbished amps as well.
$10 more and you get 500w@4ohm Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/232212388969

$20 less and you get 330w@4ohm Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/232212346488

Definitely look for more power. L7s are pretty underrated. I have two 10s in a ported box, and have 1800RMS going to them.

All Kicker products are. They send a cute little certificate from themselves. My last amp I bought was rated for 300w and it was "certified" at 332w.

I probably sound sarcastic but I like and buy their products.

Any recommendations?
The shops around here are not slickdealer friendly if you know what I mean.

Sonicelectronix has an "amplifinder" to help out. https://www.sonicelectronix.com/c...fiers.html

The other way is to find an amp that puts out a similar RMS wattage that matches your sub's RMS max. Make sure the ohms match as well. There is also a standard for measuring output that most big companies use that's called CEA-2006 compliant.

I am not sure what your final resting ohm load would be (4ohms 2ohms or 1ohm) once wired. But the skar audio 1500 watt rms amp can be had for 170. That is going to be just about as cheap as you can get dollar/watt for something that is of pretty decent quality (far better than other amps in the 170 range that claim 1500rms output)

Here's a link to their eBay store with the amp I'm talking about:

I use an OLD Power Akoustic (yeah, most of their stuff was garbage, except for one or two lines). I've heard that Hifonics is really good bang for your buck - just stay away from the really "cheap" stuff (ie Boss). If youre getting 3KW for $80... youre probably not getting anywhere near that power, and its going to be full of distortion, and more prone to roasting your subs.
