Cause technology wise there not very different & for the same price I could go up in size.

This is good, but I'd rather spend a little less for last year's 55KU6300 or even maybe the same price for a 60" or 65" model.

Why would you prefer last year's model?

Is this what Samsung is calling the KS8000 now? If not what is the updated model for the KS8000?

last years model is only $25 less.. you would really buy last years model for only a 25 dollar difference?

If this was the 60 or 65" I would scoop it up. Anyone know if those models ever get down to ~$500 range. I missed out on all the Walmart deals

Not that everything isn't 4K nowadays, but it's pretty funny; with 20/20 vision, UHD isn't useful to you on a 55" set unless you're sitting within six feet or so of the TV. With less than 20/20, it needs to be even closer.

U can look that chart all you want, it's bullshit. If you can't see the difference between 4k and 1080 at double digit feet on a 55inch, your eyes suck.

Not sure what the differences are between 6290 and 6300 tho
