From LG:

pixel pitch in 29": 0.2628 mm x 0.2628 mm
pixel pitch in 34": 0.312 mm x 0.310 mm

Can you see a difference of 50 microns?

Listen : all this ridiculous talk about pixel density is absurd. I have a 32" that I use to extend my laptop on (its also an LG, and its also 1080p) and I absolutely cannot see any pixels. I do email, text, and the occasional video. Its an IPS panel, and frankly, it looks great. My only complaint is that I mounted it too high on my wall, so I have to look up while doing work. The upside, I can now stand up when I dont wanna sit.

See that: the only complaint is of my own doing.

Added piece of useful information - my laptop screen is 1440 - and I still prefer the big one to the laptop. (I also have a 27" 2k BenQ monitor I use for gaming. Cant tell a difference for text/web browsing).

Edit: gaming monitor is a BenQ

i had this monitor from costco. it's great for the price of $300 and even better for $250. don't believe what people tell you that you can see the pixels. you can't. it's not as sharp as compared to 4k but other than that there is no glaring problems that would prevent you from enjoying this monitor.

Good price but don't buy. As someone who owns 29" 1080p ultrawides, I would never go bigger than 29 at 1080p. Just my 2 cents. Good price though

I have a 29" 1080p LG ultrawide as well. What would be the main difference between that and this 34" that you feel make it a bad buy?

How far away do you have to sit to see everything comfortably?

Does text appear blurry or pixelated?

I honestly can't tell you - I sit an average of maybe 18" away from my monitor and it's still gorgeous.

You can OC the monitor to 75hz using Nvidia Control Panel(I did it out of the box) and it works like a charm.

Around 2 ft for me. Everything looks perfect, no blurry or pixelated. Using their software is helpful as well.
