This is Urvashi's cookbook - she's a big contributor on the main Facebook Instant Pot page. Her butter chicken and biryani recipes are huge favorites of ours. Honestly, you could probably find most of her recipes on her website already - www.twosleevers.com. Still, I'll probably pick this up as the recipes ARE really good.

Just for general awareness among SD buyers:-

No fakespot isn't a very reliable source for identification of poor products. But its basic algorithms do a pretty descent job. A smart reviewer can fool their algorithms by changing their reviewing habits and content, but in such cases, the product would shown as better than the reality. However, their prediction of E/F level products are pretty reliable because those come from reviews which are most definitely fake.

Examples with this particular book:-

a. There are multiple reviewers who reviewed the product on the same day and they don't have any other product reviewed under their profile.
b. There are reviewers who have several similar kind of products in their reviewer profile and they have always given them 5 stars (mostly paid).

And these are just two most common examples. So, instead of trusting fakespot blindly, use it as a tool to look at it's analysis and decide for yourself.

Yes, many product owners have started offerring $$ or free products to write comments even on Slickdeals. Specially to the ones with higher reputation points, so you can't really trust anybody. So unless, it's a big/trusted brand product, make an informed decision.

How do I know this ?
I work in IT and I write reviews on Amazon in my free time (mostly genuine but may be a little bit generous). I've been contacted several times for writing comments and upvoting a deal on Slickdeals. No, I didn't accept any of them.

Well, the reviews looked good but according to Fakespot, all of them seem to be fake.

I have both the Kindle book and the paper book -- and her recipes are very simple, her writing style is fun/easy, and the food tastes as though a lot more time and effort went into it. Many of the recipes are on her website, but not all. The book version is also much more thorough and thoroughly checked.

There are BS reviews, but the valid reviews are good. 4.8->4.8 on ReviewMeta.

So you created an account to write this one post? Sounds like paid reviewers are being paid to start attacking those using Fakespot now!

I've never had Indian food, but I've often wanted to try it. Would this be a good thing for me?

its got lots of flavors but be cautious with the "Spicy" part of it especially if you never had Indian food before. With so many Indian restaurants, you should try the lunch buffets with so many variety - so you know what you would like from different options.

I'd recommend trying it at a restaurant first to make sure you like it. Then you can make some recipes at home.
