I was looking for a hotel room, and got two different messages on different browsers - one saying 8% off, and one saying 10% off. I tried different codes, and got this one to work for 15% off. Valid till October 5th. I don't think there is a minimum stay or dollar requirement.

Where to enter the code? Do you need to log in with Expedia account to apply the code?

Nevermind, I found where to apply the code but Holiday inn is not eligible for the code

Not giving me a location to enter a code before it asks to submit credit card for payment. Are there hotels with certain exceptions?

Prices went up for the same location and hotel I was looking at from last week. After 15% off comes out to about the same.
