post regarding carry-on bags from user fluffyvee1: "Delta doesn't restrict from carry on bags. There is only the government rule of 1 + 1 carry ons allowed. I get the basic economy fare on Delta sometimes and it really saves! Checking in the first bag is still the same cost - $25"
