More like HHEDT, as that's pretty ridiculous. Unless they changed the meaning from "high end" to "horribly expensive".

Now when the 1900x goes on sale, maybe black friday, that I could see building a high end system around; at least high end by my standards.

For 4K 60FPS, the GPU is going to be your bottleneck, not your CPU. Buy a Ryzen 7 1700 for $280-300 and spend your money on a 1080 Ti.
