Honestly, it appears they are downsizing the products they carry. It speaks "store closure" to me.

Senior Day, October 3; 20% off regular prices (Do we long for the good old days?)
oh yeah, I waited for the 20% Friends n Family day where the 20% also applied to items on sale! then we use our coupons....lots of frees galore Peace

I know they won't come back, just glad to have found a lucrative hobby that I don't compete with anyone if there are discounts to GCs at wag. it feels good if you're the only one interested in a deal because you can come any time you want and the 'goods' will be the same as you left them LMAO

There are 2 different ones: yes, the 6" ones (desert size) and 9" ones both 64 ct
but these are flimsy, paper (thin) plates though they are microwavable. They also have soak-proof foam plates, which seem much better, that are not on sale because the count is different.

So I thought I was going to be mr. Smart Guy and wait for the 20% off coupon before I got a water flosser that I have been wanting. Add to cart just now, and the coupon doesn't apply because Water Piks are "On Sale" - "Buy 2 get 1 free". Because everyone needs 3 water piks. Lousy Wags Frown Frown Frown

Interesting. I use disposable vinyl gloves for making meatballs and things like that at home, and we ran out. I checked online and their pack of 200 was around $15 BOGO 50% off, and it showed that one of my local stores had a lot of them. So I figured the BOGO would invalidate the AARP discount, so I stopped on my way home from work yesterday. Even though the gloves were BOGO 50% off online, they were not on sale in my store. I gave them back to the cashier, thanked her for checking price, and told here i'd be back in to buy them tomorrow (today) with the 20% discount. Mgr was nearby and offered to manually put in the discount and give them to me on the spot, so I took him up on that. Good way to burn points.

The point of this long winded story is that apparently, even though an item shows BOGO online it is sometimes not BOGO in a given store. If it doesn't take you out of your way, you might want to check price in a physical store to verify if this is something you've been waiting to buy for awhile, like I was with the gloves.

Yes, I understand, but the stores in my area do not match the online pricing, and this way I was able to buy just 1 pack (didn't really need 2 packs of 200 gloves each, that would have been overkill). If Wbbell's situation is the same, he may be able to buy just the 1 dental appliance that he really wants and get the 20% discount he was hoping for.

As an aside, we also don't have eggs for .99 like most parts of the country, I checked in store yesterday and they are 1.99 OMG Sucks.

question - I had on my Wags app, a $7 points q with $20 purchase (members only perk) from Oct 5- 7, and a Beauty one also $7 points with 20 purchase, dated Oct 7 -30.

Can I purchase $20 Beauty items on Oct 7 and both $7?
