"Poor Merchant Reputation" doesn't even begin to describe how awful CardCash is. Stay far, far away from this shady merchant. Search Slickdeals, search the internet - you'll see a large number of dissatisfied victims.

Screwed by CardCash? File a chargeback with your credit card company and a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General.

To file a chargeback with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of the card and speak to a customer service representative. They will likely release the funds you are disputing with CardCash while the investigation is in progress. CardCash "customer service" has a track record of stonewalling and stalling. Don't bother with them - go directly to a chargeback with your credit card company. For PayPal, open a dispute and then escalate to a claim if/when CardCash ignores the dispute.

Again, since CardCash has a history of stonewalling and stalling, it's probably best to go straight to filing the complaint so there is yet another record of their malfeasance.

Time to beat the drum again. I ordered a Starbucks card from these guys last week. Got the card, checked the balance, invalid card info. Contacted customer support, haven't heard back.

Don't waste your time fam. Not worth the headaches

I've never had any initial issues with them so far and I've used them several times. Sorry to hear that though.

As have replied many times, your "customer service" agent was my contact with your company and blew it royally with insulting customer disservice.

There's no valid excuse for the number of bum cards that CardCash keeps sending out. "Sold us a bad card? Try not to do that again." Forget it. No other gift card reseller has so many problems. I wonder why??

Just had my first experience with a drained giftcard. Just sent them an email. Will see how smooth this goes. I've bought several in the past and have had no problem. Have had this card for 16 days and went to check balance and told card was invalid. Boo!

All too typical for CardCash. Just call the number on the the back of your credit card, file a dispute, and save yourself any further hassles/contact with CardCash. You don't have to be a victim.

I know people have bad experiences with them but I've only ever bought an All Saints gc and many hundreds of dollars of AMC (not in-theater) gift cards over the last couple of years and it's gone smoothly. There was one time when a couple of the cards couldn't be redeemed online because it was in-theater only type codes... it was a pain to call customer service and explain but eventually it was sorted out within a day. But all the other times the codes have worked perfectly. I go to AMC about once a month so this works great for me.

Rip off - My mother passed away. I had no spare time to use it & the seller oblivious ripped me off. The gift card was already used !!Where was the gift certificate used? You did check where it came from? I will not purchase from you again and will take my stolen money story to social media, which is what I am doing now.
