Macy's rebate through Slickdeals

Hi, I submitted five Macys $10 rebates through Slickdeals back in July. I've been back and forth with customer service after receiving only two of the rebates. At this point the customer service I've been communicating with through email is not even responding. I'm still missing $30 in rebates. They told me two others should be sent in a couple weeks, but it's been over a month. And the last one they said it's being revalidated, whatever that means. Is anyone else having a problem with this? What's my next step? I can't find a phone number or any other contact information other than through email.
