Cricket / mPLUS Rewards 2017 Sweepstakes

This Summer, I recall entering a Cricket Rewards Sweepstakes through a webform. I believe that I heard about it through a slickdeals link. When I entered whatever contest was linked, I recall there was a separate Cricket sweepstakes at the bottom of that page which I had entered as well, so I'm unsure which of the two this win is from (this TV prize could have been from the one not posted here is what I'm trying to say). However I cannot find that link to that post now through slickdeal's search function, and I also tried browsing through the past posts too.

It's concerning me because I received an email two weeks ago from noreply@sessionm.com stating "
You won the Samsung TV (Northern California) Sweepstakes you entered on Aug 18, 2017!" and "How To Claim Your Prize
Sit back and relax! Within 3 business days of this notice (not including weekends or holidays), your prize will be processed. Once processed you'll receive another email with the redemption information."

BUT, I never received a follow up email from them. And when I contacted the general Cricket customer support, they are having trouble helping me.

I'm wondering if anyone is able to find the link to that sweepstakes so that maybe I can contact a more useful customer support. I would be so disappointed if I couldn't get this prize. I never win anything big, so it would be great if this came through.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give. This is the first time that I'm posting in "Help Me Find a Deal" and I hope that I'm using it correctly. Sorry if I'm not... would there be a better place for me to post this if I did it wrong?

Hello, that link that you posted and that email address both go to the general customer support that I had contacted. I had even sent a screenshot of the email. Is there not a separate email that they use to help with sweeps wins because the customer support was not able to help me. Thanks anyway for your help.

Wow, first time I've read about someone winning anything with the sweepstakes, hope you actually get it.

Anyone else not getting points credited this morning in the rewards app? I've tried 3 of our 5 lines today, none of which are getting points for games, referral video, daily check in, survey, cricket check ins or even that silly deezer song of the week. Sometimes it flashes the points as if they were added, but then reverts back to the points I had at the start of the day or it shows it added and they stay there, but if you close the app and go back in, it's back to what I started at with nothing added.

Something bad going on with Cricket rewards today Frown. I already emailed Cricket Rewards support letting them know but probably won't hear back from Max (Who usually responds to emails) until Monday/Tuesday though....

Edit: This afternoon the missing points suddenly appeared across all accounts. They must of been having some delay issues going on, but for now things seem back to normal at least. Thanks goodness!

I hope that someone useful in customer service helps out with the sweeps, too. Max was my customer service rep, too. I was actually incorrect in thinking that this win was from a webform sweeps that I entered via Slickdeals, since the only Cricket sweeps that I could find on slick deals ended on an earlier date in Aug. So, I checked my orders in the cricket rewards app and noticed that I had 325 entries (0 points used) into the Samsung TV Check In and Win sweeps!!! I didn't realize that checking into the locations must have automatically entered me into the sweeps, since I thought the only way to enter was to use points. This makes me happy since I have an order # that I can now provide Max and hopefully he can help me from here. I will update if/when I get a confirmation. What's strange is I had received 2 identical emails minutes apart telling me that I won. I just assumed it was a fluke, and I don't want to get greedy/get my hopes up that I could possibly win 2 TVs, and usually there is only 1 grand prize right? We'll see when Max replies.

Everything in the app seemed to be working for me except the 5 pt daily survey. That has not been clickable for the last 2 days, but it seemed to finally work tonight.

Yep, you got all those entries with the check-ins. Hopefully they come through and you get a TV at least. As for the games and such, they've been glitching as of late it seems. We didn't have the surveys clickable on an of the lines the other day either, but that was just one day that issue happened here. Then yesterday, the delayed points issue which i mentioned above. Now here he are after midnight and no games are showing on any of my lines, which usually always are since it resets at midnight. Hopefully they show up sometime later today...

Edit: Games showing back up this morning. They must of been working on things again as to the reason why they weren't showing at the midnight reset like they normally do.

Max wrote back saying the order number for my sweeps entry is not helpful. He needs an order number for my prize win. Well, that was not given to me in my win notification email. UGH. I feel so frustrated and helpless. I feel like they are just teasing me with this email and wasting my time. Sucks that I cannot contact prize fulfillment directly or contact anyone else that is more useful and actually able to help. I first wrote to him on Sept 25, and this simple issue should have been easily resolved. Really don't know what to do at this point.

If they can't do anything with the info you provided, I think it all but confirms their sweepstakes are indeed a scam as I figured long ago. Never have I read anyone winning a thing from one of them, just tons of complaints on the Mplus side of things who are the ones running the sweeps. I'd say contact their support side, but unfortunately they don't respond at all to any inquiries.

I thought it was strange that the MPlus support doesn't reply ever.

Max stopped replying to me from the SessionM side, so I just opened a complaint via BBB.org. I'm not sure if it will go anywhere, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will be put in contact with someone useful.

Horrible Frown. For some reason I always thought Max was actually on the Cricket side of things since he actually responded when the other contact email/form never did, but not 100% sure on that. SessionM/mPLUS are the same place though.

I had used the Cricket Wireless Corporate Address that I found on their website (https://www.cricketwireless.com/l...dress.html) to contact the BBB.org and I'm now unsure if that will go anywhere. I'll submit a new BBB.org complaint to SessionM. I hadn't tried calling yet. That is a good idea, too. Thanks for your help!

I have no clue the size, features, etc. and if they decide to follow through on delivering me something they could easily make it the crappiest tiniest Samsung TV in existence and get away with it if there's no documentation anywhere that it's supposed to be something specific.

I have no idea. As I mentioned above, I've always thought the sweepstakes were a scam, so I don't pay much attention to them. At least the gift cards always come through, that's about the only good thing about their rewards these days...
