Still too expensive for military who are Florida residents (or any Florida resident) the annual weekday pass is $269 and silver pass $419. Hit Disney during the week and your free military day at Sea World or Busch Gardens on the weekend. Schedule two vacations within 12 months and it makes the Florida resident pass a good deal. (i.e....Vacation Dec-1-9, 2017 & August 10-18 2018). Military use afvclub.com to get a 2-3 bedroom condo for a week at $349 or less ($20 of it goes to your base's MWR fund) then your 2 vacations to Disney & BuschGardens/SeaWorld for a family of 4 outside of travel costs is $1776 together or $888 a vacation. Stock up at Publix/Costco/Sams Club with food to cook at the condo to save on eating costs. I have been doing this for 10 years! True slick deal vacations.

BAM!!!!!!! Now that's how to do Disney on the cheap . My mouth hits the floor when I read people spend 5000-10,000 on their week stay at Disney. EEK!

WOW their weekday pass have went up too. I remember it use to be 199.00 my family use to go the week of Thanksgiving (We have a Florida address and plenty relatives that live in Deland) I think i'm getting in the mood to want to take a lil vacation now

Based on the 5 day park hopper this saves you $199 per person. Not to mention military members save 30% off for value resorts, 35% for moderate resorts, and 40% for deluxe. I've been to Disney over 2 dozen times. It's not a place for a quick cheap vacation getaway. But you can guarantee they go the extra mile for the full experience. This is a place where you actually get what you pay for. I'm retired military now and I can admit that a vacation like this wasn't always easy to afford on that salary. In my opinion they extend a great discounted rate and asking for anything cheaper is just embarrassing.
