So if I already own the 360 copy and have a Xbox One, there is no reason to get this copy, correct?

Done,

I did have it listed in the post but not in the title.

But I can see how that would be misleading.

Thanks for the heads up.woot

Any xbox 360 game that get's added to Backwards compatibility list for Xbox One
can play either digital downloaded , or xbox 360 disc on the Xbox One system.

I'm not sure about original 360 kinect games.
Microsoft has all but abandoned Kinect for Xbox One and doubt they plan
on adding backward compatibility this late into the Xbox Life cycle.

Here is the most current list of games that are backwards compatible.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - Disc Only (September 21st)
Halo 3 (September 21st)
Halo 3: ODST (September 21st)
Halo 4 (September 21st)

Slender: The Arrival (September 14th)
Super Contra (September 14th)
Undertow (September 14th)
Virtual-On (Japan only) (September 14th)
The Walking Dead: Season One (August 29th)
The Walking Dead: Season Two (August 29th)
The Walking Dead: Michonne (August 29th)

I heard the digital versions of these games are more buggy than the disc versions. Have they been fixed?

Very thorough reply. I guess my question was more about if they did any remastering on this specific copy. I know the upside to playing on the XB1 is that it runs at 60 fps which was a problem for it on 360. The cutscenes could be very choppy and now it is smooth as butter.

it's still 30fps on the One. It feels smoother because it's a consistent 30fps on the one while it frequently dipped to 20fps or even worse on 360.

Backwards compatible games aren't remastered at all. they are just running on a 360 emulator on the Xbox one.

Even the ones that are repackaged and sold with Xbox one package? Like RDR one for Example, I can buy it in Xbox one package, does it mean it was remastered?
