Giving it a shot. 5" is a good burger diameter, especially if using 80/20 beef.
I recently purchased some circular cookie cutters, but they were metal and aren't holding up to the dishwasher as I'd hoped. And with raw beef, no dishwasher = no deal.

Offtopic but... is there a tool to flatten chicken breasts without hammering shit with a mallot/tenderizer thing?

Quite a few dif ways to achieve this, but I've never heard of such a kitchen tool...,
