I might take bite at this phone and determine how it works. My dad needs a large display with dual sim slots.

But it doesn't have USA LTE band support, so that's a huge negative, not to mention the unknown brand name.

The specs look good, and the price seems quite acceptable for what you're getting. My Mom is still using a Note 3 and it's definitely showing it's age. This looks like a great upgrade for her. We use Cricket wireless, (the 5-lines deal) just to mention. She wants a Note 8 (everyone in the family wants one lol) though it's too pricey! This phone has a better value I believe. We are all avid Note users ever since the Note 2. Though for the cost of one Note 8, you can get more than a handful of these phones. Of course, the Note 8 has FANTASTIC specs, but good grief, the cost is up there! It better be able to make breakfast for that price, lol...

Ohh yeah, almost forgot. I did a camera comparison with my 64gig ATT Note 5 and the Note 8 while at the store. I want to say that I really didn't see much of an improvement in PICTURE QUALITY at all.

You might get HSPA+ and maybe Edge, but not much else. Pretty much a no go for anyone on Tmobile.

The iRULU GeoKing 3 Max has nearly identical specs and has bands for T-Mobile and AT&T. I just ordered one recently. Fingers crossed I don't get a lemon :-/

The specs on this are also near identical to the Doogee Y6 Max too, but that doesn't have US bands either - just hardware similarities. Seems like they all copy off each other lol.

The iRULU seems to be the only one that got FCC approval for US bands and modified the radio. Hopefully they also modified the software to fix some of the other issues the others suffered, like GPS and charging port.
