Worth getting if I sit half the time and stand the other half at the office? My chair's a roller, so will I have to move this mat in and out as well?

Not a concrete answer to this question.

The mat will need to be moved, so that's not super convenient. If you're already wearing some type of shoes or are on a thick carpet you may already have padding so the difference may not be significant. If you have a hard floor and are standing without shoes then it does reduce a fair amount of strain, if that's the right word.

yes I bought it from an SD some time ago.

It's in front of the kitchen sink now replacing an older one that had a printed surface that had worn. Great mat.... feels good on the feet if you aren't wearing shoes.

Apparently reviewed on youtube as well. Would this be a national price?

Bought one back in August for my kitchen prep area. I haven't been doing a lot of long prep lately, but so far the quality of the mat seems good. It provides plenty of extra cushioning, but doesn't make your footing feel unstable at all. Good deal under $20.
