I'm looking for a cheap lunch, this would definitely fit that bill. They taste good even if hard?

This is a great deal, bars don't expire for over a year.

In for 5 boxes, free shipping and 20% CB from TC, $80 after CB makes these 33 cents a piece vs $2 retail.

I hate garbage marketing as much as the next guy, but fiber and alcohol sugars (those carbs subtracted from the total to get the "net" carbs) are basically indigestible which means your body is not breaking them down and storing them as fat. So for some people it is a helpful metric.

It just depends on the flavor ordered. The apple crumble expires on 12/1/17. The chocolate peanut butter doesn't expire until 10/17/18.

I've heard that these are as hard as a rock.
So I've decided to splash a little water on my bars in a tupaware container, and leave them in the fridge for an hour or so. Afterwards, I plan on pouring the concrete to fill in some pot holes.

Check the bodybuilding.com forums for reviews. They are horrible.

Difficult trying to figure out how much the body is actually absorbing, and how much is just passing through. Guarantee you the manufactures estimates of net carbs are not even close. Better to just count them all.
