I have the older 45w ones screwed on the sides of three of my out buildings, and I just put one on my dads camp, I use these for everything from charging battery powered tools, lights, running my air compressor w/nail gun or paint sprayer, during the winter i just hook them up to my toys to maintain their batteries etc...

Panel -> charge controller -> battery -> inverter -> whatever you need
Just purchasing the panels is half the cost, still need to buy battery(s) and inverter

Also this new model price on black Friday is $10 cheaper than any coupon Ive seen so far, other post has $144.99 but I haven't seen that.

Most people would argue about purchasing a 100w panel for $100, instead of these older tech panels but these will trickle charge in any light, I can get a charge off the older models on a full moon wheres a cloud will stop charging on my more efficient panels.

It depends on your application and how much sun you get yearly as to whether this is a good deal or not.
