We get in a vicious cycle and apply them to the next Dell TV deal which comes with another Gift Card so many times over that it becomes mathematically impossible to determine our "savings" and we end up with a TV for every wall of every room in our house while being broke due to home much money we saved.

In the past, I applied them to a needed computer purchase which meant I didn't get the optimal computer deal/price since the card is only good for a short amount of time, but these gift cards are hard to use (for myself) to their full value, so I always seem to take a loss whether by paying more for something that you didn't need or losing a portion of the gift card by not being able to squeeze every penny from it.

I bought a soundbar because the sound on these flat screen TVs sucks.

They sell all sorts of electronics on their website, so you could buy headphones, an Xbox, games, etc. If there is nothing you want, then buy something that is easily resold and shipped on ebay

HA very spot on. I am finally trying to get out of the cycle. Down to 2 $100 GCs. I have placed an unknown amount of orders. Have received easily 10K in dell giftcards. The worst part is the 3 forms of payment. Just brutal. Sad they rarely have 32" tv deals anymore. Those were great for cashing out. Now I am just sitting and waiting to see what will come around so I can finally be done. Once I am finally out, I am sure there will be some amazing deal that will rope me back in. Have officially been out twice over the past 4 or 5 years.

Very good deal if you need a 65". The 55" in the OP is a better tv but if you need the extra 10", that one you linked will work.

1. create a slickdeal dell alert
2. buy something very slick from dell around $250
3. Sell on craigslist

I was able to profit a bit last time by buying a 40" tv and selling it for more than the giftcard
