There are plenty of legit deals here on keyboards. What you're asking for is considered fraud and will ruin legit deals for the rest of us eventually. Please don't do it, even if you can get away with it. It's just wrong.

Looks good but you will void the warranty if you open the case.

Odd question but I had a Go Pro camera that I got 3 months ago at Best Buy. I lost the damn thing cycling. I bought the insurance but doesn't cover that. Can I get any of that money back by canceling it? I wanted to maybe put that towards this PC.
By cancelling what?

On topic: decent starter build. Id highly recommend putting a video card in it (voids the warranty but who cares) and maybe a new power supply because these prebuilts always have shitty PSUs. Personal taste but i also hate how office-y these cases look. Good processor for $400 though

Is that a common situation?

Nope, you cant cancel the insurance and get your money back. Some have a 14 day return policy for insurance but i cant imagine BB bring one of them.

Depends on policy and the state by state basis. You should read your insurance brochure. I can't think of any insurance that allows cancellation, but good luck.

simple drawings will work fine.
The lack of a graphics card and relatively light processing power will choke on regen for large files.

Does Asus use proprietary form factor components? Like dell or hp. Could I use standard atx/microatx form factor replacements?
