That sentence makes it seem like there's free shipping. ... that or I'm reading it wrong.

True, but it was sold out for a while, both online and all stores in my area. Guess they found a pallet of them hiding somewhere.

Great game. Hard to recommend with monster hunter world coming out in January for the PS4 and Xbox. If you're ever interested in the mh series, Maybe the logic should be buy this for $13 to give it a try. If you like it you should definitely buy worlds. If you hate it then you saved yourself $70 from not having to buy worlds. *Shrug

To be fair, it looks like world is going to be a bit different so disliking this may not mean you dislike world

Definitely worth the price. One of the best games on this platform. I used to hate the MH series until this one. It's a little more faste-faced than the previous versions and easier to get into. To me at least.

Good point. Worlds will have the largest Delta between a mh series.

If you like the series you should. Hunting arts makes it feel very fresh. aerial heavy bow gun is crazy fun.

Bought this about 2 weeks ago and have been playing it everyday with a friend. The only downside is that playing online through your phone hotspot doesn't work.

I've been able to use my phone hotspot to play, but it's far from ideal. My friends would always say that the monster would have weird delays in its attacks, and that would mess up timings on dodges.

It's not that bad on 4U, though; something seems to have changed in the netcode to make playing with bad connections worse in MHGen.

One thing I'll notice when playing online is my buddy is saying he is hitting a monster that isn't on my screen, but clearly is on his. I'll later find a dead monster that's not close to where he was. Sometimes we'll see each other gathering at a spot that has nothing to gather (ie says he is mining with no stone in the area, but his character is doing the mining animation). Is this normal? This is when we play on decent WiFi connections.

I always buy Monster Hunter too early at $20 or so. I'm waiting longer for MH Stories this time.
