Got this for $80 back in the summer. The B key didn't register for some reason, so I returned it.

yep. The Greens are like Blues, and the Orange are like Browns.

Best Buy has it listed on their website for the same price.

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/raze...opeU7RM4eA

It wasn't showing the same price in store and I had to have them price match themselves. The website also asks if you want to upgrade for the same price. I was thinking maybe it was an orange key version but it was exactly the same product.

In my opinion it isn't nearly as loud as my previous experience with the outemo blue switches in the Aukey board that keeps popping up lately.

It would be nice to pick something other than green backlighting but I can live with it.

They also usually have a display model to try out at Best Buy including the three key types they make (green~blue, orange~brown, yellow~red) to also see what you like.

Volkswagen makes Lamborghinis and Fiat makes Ferraris. What's your point?

My point it, Kailh switches are subpar and fail often. But in the same time, both KaiHua and, especially, Razer are pricing them as if they are indeed manufactured by WV for Lamborghini by well-paid German workers, and not by uber-cheap LaoGai "workforce" somewhere in Mainland...

Bought this keyboard like six months ago. It's pretty decent for the price, but it is definitely loud af. Had to get dampeners so I wouldn't wake up my kid.

Since you've asked me, you should be looking for No-Hua instead - US-made Unicomp [pckeyboard.com] and Deck keyboards [deckkeyboards.com]

Edit: Romer-Gs are ethically manufactured too:

And they are way more ergonomic and pleasant to use than MX Browns or their Mainland clones anyway...

Mystery meat, so to say.. Still it does not change anything - Razer refuses to disclose their switch suppliers, which automatically means LaoGai

That's weird, you eat keyboards? The keyboard that I have seems to have greetech switches for you and your fellow elitists to scoff at.

Mystery solved....now go spread your nonsense on another Razer thread.

Possibly. What my eating habits have to do with KaiHua/Razer scamming mommies basement's dwellers (perusing their mommie's credit card)?

Greetech (née HuiZhou) is hot garbage too, just ask disillusioned Das owners. And while we are at it - doggone overpriced and overrated Cherry MX too!

What nonsense in particular? Please, elaborate!
