This is fake cat 7.

Real cat 7 is terminated with gg45

and this is also 26awg, which is the lowest common thickness,

Real cat 7 would be 23awg..

Cat rating is a bit of a floating definition, because, if you made an infinitely short cable, you could theoretically support nearly any speed claim.

So-- the cat rating would be satisfied as long as the run is very short.. So manufacturers can cheat.. as there's no police chasing down cable manufacturers.

Its a logic error. Cat 7 equipment doesnt exist, so you cant buy a cat7 cable. If it says cat 7, its marketing. If you want the best, you want a CAT6a ethernet cable.

Cat 6 should be plenty fast. Average consumer won't even touch 10gbps.

As of 2017 there is no equipment that has connectors supporting the Class F (Category 7) channel.
Category 7 is not recognized by the TIA/EIA.

You might be able to convince them to the rebate customer service to rid of the $0.50 postage and decrease waiting time by faxing it in
