Perfect timing, I was in need of new brown shoes and the Findlay's are my current favorite. Ordered in black and brown.

Thanks OP! Ordered the Mens Soft 7.

Anyone know how these fit? I wear a 7.5 in regular sneakers however I dip down to a 39 5-5.5 for Ecco dress shoes.

If you've had the Findlays in the past as well as other Ecco styles, could you tell me about the fit?

I've owned a couple of pairs of Ecco in the past and they always seem to run a little big. Some of the Amazon reviews on the Findlay though seem to say they run even bigger than other Ecco styles.

For reference, I wear a 9 in Nike atheltic shoes. Currently wearing an 8-8.5D(M) in a different style Ecco (and it's slightly too big). Thinking of ordering a Findlay in a 7-7.5D(M), but I don't think I've worn a 7 in anything since junior high.

I wear an 11 in most athletic shoes but for these I drop down to a 44 (10-10.5) If in a pinch I think I could even comfortably fit a 43 if a 44 wasn't in stock and I couldn't pass the price up. So they do run big.

If you look really closely at the Amazon images of these shoes, you can see that the Helsinki are made in Portugal, while the Findlay and the Dallas are made in China.

I bought the Helsinki last year, they are ok formal shoes at that price. The toe is more square that it looks in the pictures.

quality products can be made in china, it just depends on how the customer specifies their product is to be manufactured. products can be made cheaply in other countries, too.

This is a superb deal, I really like the Helsinki, I wear them daily. Paid $99 for them from Dillards last year. Have a few scuffs on the cap toes on current pair. This will become my special pair and the current ones I have for more day-day use.

Ordered. Page said extra 10% cash back when charged to an Amazon prime credit card, so that'll be a nice plus.

Thanks. I bought the Dallas loafers. I was able to combine with the $25 off $50 from AmEx, so it worked out even better.

How comfortable are these? Do they have enough arch and heel support to be worn all day?
