How the hell do you apply a Cartwheel Coupon?

I signed up for it but it's like it's a separate cart. When I'm on Target.com, it doesn't apply it at all. Is there a code that I should be looking for somewhere!?

Did Target really nuke BrickSeek? All I get is "In stock" with no quantity and "N.A." for price. Someone on Reddit said Target threatened BrickSeek with legal action if they didn't remove the details. Possibly some maniacs went ballistic when Target employees said the SNES Classic was out of stock, contrary to BrickSeek numbers.
