Before buying a LG V20, I would study the LTE bands supported by the different models.

Not trying to convince on this deal. I haven't bought from groupon ever. So decide that and price for yourself.
When it comes to the phone, pls understand there are different types of users.
Some want the best brand and most expensive fruit in the market. Some actually go after the functionality. Some want a balance in between.
As for this phone, it is sleek, military grade rugged, has great camera with wide angle lens (may be not THE BEST, but amazing and great fun nevertheless), Quad DAC for great music (the best in business), video capabilities are unparalleled, second screen (gimmicky for some, but when you get used to it, it's very useful), came with android 7.0 out of the box (will get 8), replaceable battery (coupled with extra battery and it's separate charger, this is just an amazing feature which sadly isn't offered anymore), very easily repairable, fingerprint sensor at the right place and works seamlessly, expandable storage (64gb/4gb inside).

These are some points right off the top of my head. Peace

This is the first phone which I don't feel like replacing for wanting the next big thing! Everything else, even newer, feels a step down.
Simply love this phone!

No.. it has a metal back door. You can buy a an add-on chip though that plugs permanently into your USB-C charging port and wraps around to the back and sticks on the outside of the rear cover/door. Then put it in a thin case and you won't even see it.
