It's usually $6.50 on sale at Target or Walmart

It works. That's why. Our 18 year old has been using it for the past 4 or 5 years -- whenever his eczema flares up. I was hesitant to buy it at first for a teenager, but it gives him relief and is good for sensitive skin. So, despite its name, he asks for more -- but he calls it "That Eczema Cream"

A few missing ingredients from this red label version versus the blue label version. My kid's derma suggests we use this.

It means your child has sensitive skin and prone to develop redness and then scales if not cared for. Product wise it means that these are really good at moisturizing, but a bit thick and sticky when applied. Baby just means no additives, fragrances, etc.

I bought this at Target thinking it would be a cheaper alternative to Aveeno eczema cream. Unfortunately, it has a thicker consistency, so we ended up using more product. It did not work as well as Aveeno did and had an odd smell too. We'll be sticking with Aveeno because it works better. YMMV

There is no "baby eczema". Eczema is a skin condition that kids and adults could have. This cream is just meant for babies specifically, as other comment noted. So it's "eczema cream for babies". Here "baby" could actually be part of the brand name, judging by the packaging.

Thanks for the explanation. I just thought there was eczema and it was not specific to age
