Hello, found this by chance.. adding to the cart gave an extra $150 off so total came out to $1,429. Seemed like a good deal.

Free wall mount. Free shipping. No tax for me (in Cali.). 3 year extended warranty for $0.01.

Although resellerratings seem pretty good, there were a few "bait and switch" stories on this seller.

On second thought I probably wouldn't buy from this site. Peace

If you use the Joes1 promo code you can get the price down further to $1,371.85. Still, I'm hesitant to buy from them given the bait and switch reviews. Those who do receive TVs from them seem to also get them a minimum of 30 days after purchase -- if at all. Seems some get a run-around for months and inevitably cancel.

Still, if this is legit, it's one hell of a deal. Before seeing this, I was planning to go with the slightly inferior Vizio P65-e1 based on the substantial price difference, but this offer certainly gives me pause because this is less than I can get the Vizio (inclusive of costco's tax).

I've been looking for a nice sale on this tv for a while...anyone think Best Buy will match this price of $1371.84?

Based on the Best Buy's price match terms, they wouldn't match Joe's price unless Joe's is a local retailer near you. If Joe's is not local to you, it's not among the select few online retailers they are willing to match. In any event, I doubt they'd match the promo-code/coupon-code price.

What I would consider doing were I in your shoes is buy the TV from Best Buy at their current $1799 sale price with a Citi card that has Price Rewind protection (or another credit card with a similar benefit), then subsequently take a date-stamped screenshot of the Joe's sales webpage for the same product (at the $1,579.00 price), and submit the appropriate documentation to secure the credit card's price protection benefit. That should get you the $220 difference back in cash, and so you'll effectively be getting the TV at the undiscounted Joe's price. Price Rewind, at least, will only look at the base offer price and not the price after coupon/further discounts at checkout.

$1579 is still far lower than anything this TV has ever sold at by a reputable retailer, and is a pretty good steal if your heart is set on this TV over an even cheaper deal on the comparable Vizio P65-E1. Even if there is a black Friday sale somewhere that eventually drops this Sony TV below $1579, black Friday/cyber Monday will be within the Price Rewind's 60 day protection period, so you could get a further benefit if you should see it sell even less and submit the appropriate documentation.

So I purchased this with Joe and they told 38 business days. I am going to try the price rewind with Citi card. Thanks for the idea!!! 😂😂😂😂
