The flexible design of this antenna allows you to easily place it in different positions and locations in your home. The number of channels you receive is determined by how far you are from the transmission towers, as well as your surrounding environment.

Just gonna mention what somebody else suggested to me:
try using just a coax cable plugged into the tv but unplugged form the wall as an antenna first to see what channels you get. I got 40+ using this method. Just figured I'd mention it for people try out

Looks like a good deal. I bought the 35 mile version the other day to install at my sister's house but I have not set it up yet so I can't vouch for how well it works. I might end up keeping it for myself since I grabbed 2 different HD antennas to try out at her house. I would do the whole free return thing with PayPal but the difference is not enough for the time I will spend in the whole process.

I currently have the "Mailer Antenna" that has a 25 mile range (has crappy reviews on Monoprice but it was cheap at the time so I wanted to try it) set up on one of my TVs and it seems to work well. I've used that one a few times and it picked up like 60 channels, only had one issue the last time I was watching where the picture was not coming in too clear on one of the channels. I'm assuming the 35 mile range antenna will do much better.

Anyone have experience with the 35-mile range model?

edit: Grabbed the big boy for $6.50 shipped. The antenna I was going to order was $9 from Walmart and I would have had to spend more $$ for free shipping.

Also, the free shipping is by Priority Mail, so if you order in the next 5 hours, you'll get it by Tuesday. Good deal!

Thanks, OP!

I got the 35 mile one and it seemed fine, but I had a signal amplifier that plugs into the wall that goes between tv and antennae, and it mad a significant difference. (amp not included)

A model that gets you an extra 5 miles? That's pretty funny.
