Fairly decent deal here, 8TB would have made this HOT

8TB HGST for $180 would be go time . Until then though, the WD Easy store 8TB deal with red drive for $160 a pop a couple months ago remains the best drive deal of the year

Waiting for a better price. Saw this price at Fry's not long ago. Better deals coming with BF approaching.

Hard to get excited about this deal when 4TB NAS drives go on sale regularly for $100 a pop.

Just to add some data,

I bought the 5 TB version for $100 last BF at frys.

Maybe wait to see if this BF will either bring that deal back or more savings on the 6TB, 8TB versions.
