Fakespot gives them a D rating but I haven't been able to find any USB-C laptop charger at a cheaper price anywhere else so figured I'd share it as I think it's definitely worthy of a slick deal!

You know things have really changed in the power delivery and charger tip department when we're discussing the usability of a phone charger for laptops!

Review says the cable's 6'. I might have to grab one for work.

Well the Amazon listing presents itself as working for the new MacBook so just wanted to note that.

It will work, just not charge at the maximum wattage.

The iPad Pro will charge at 14.5v 2a = 29watt. This will charge at the full 29 watt rate with a USBC to Lightening cord

Should work with the 15" don't think it requires 60w as much as it's recommend. I charge my 15" MBP with the charger from my 13" MBP all the time. Just charges slower.

My 2016 Macbook Pro's (without touchbar) charger is rated at 61W, however when monitoring the charging via the Coconut application, it's normally charging between 21 and 39W of power - I don't get why it doesn't use the full 61W, but on that note I felt that this would be a safe bet for me as a spare charger. I hate the new USB-C cable on the macbooks. It kinks up easily. I swear, they design these things to break on you so you can get suckered into spending $30 on another cable that's just going to break again. Rant over.

I bought one of these about a week ago for the same price. The cable is 6'.

It charges my Inspiron 7000 at the same rate as the factory charger (which is also 45 watt). I haven't tried it with the Switch (I bought it so I could have one charger for travel), but one review said it worked with the dock.

the 15 inch MacBook charger is actually 87 watts. That being said I have the 61W charger for portable use(smaller) and that one also works fine and charges fast as long as you're not doing intensive tasks like Final Cut pro. I also reccomend using a genuine apple charger for your $2000 laptop
