LMAO. I don't think I would use a suitcase that says "PREDATOR" in public... TSA might not let you fly or sit near children!

This is similar to the Dell deal with i5-6400. Of course this is open box. I'd go with the 1070. Probably best wait another 6 weeks.

I went the cheap route and bought one of these (see below link) when it was on sale for $299 which happens frequently. Waited for sales on a GTX1050, a 512GB SSD and a extra case fan. Total cost was just over $500. Will add another 8GB when RAM prices finally come down again. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but it's ridiculously fast for not a lot of money.

Sorry, don't feel like opening the case, but I'm pretty sure it's 7200. That's also what the Amazon description says:

Not really. Chances are the GTX 1070 is missing in the open box NewEgg deal. This is more apparent when the non-Open box version is $1000. Linky here [newegg.com]. According to NewEgg's Open Box Product Disclaimer:

Quote :
Open Box merchandise are products that have been purchased and delivered to other customers, and then returned to Newegg. Open Box products are sold considerably under cost. Newegg tests Open Box products for basic functionality only. Due to the varying quality of products returned to Newegg, Newegg makes every attempt to supply the original accessories for Open Box products. However, regardless of what the product description says, Newegg only guarantees that you will receive the product itself, accessories may or may not be included. Bear in mind that your open box product may not contain cables, adaptors, manuals, CDs, drivers, fans, etc. Additionally, the product may exhibit cosmetic imperfections as a result of its having been previously opened. Newegg will not send you any missing accessory, even if the accessory is required in order to properly make use of all the product's advertised functions. While Newegg does not like to discourage sales, please purchase open box products only if you know how to deal with potential missing accessories.
The bolded sections basically say that they can sell this product advertising it having the GTX 1070, even if it's missing. Basic functionality means that the machine will power on and boot into an OS. Since it has integrated graphics, it will boot into an OS without the GTX 1070.

thanks for info.

I would say a 1070 is the product not an accessory. price still wasn't good enough. although no tax where Dell does have tax.

PC prices are so crazy low these day.
