This is a standard ATX PSU from FSP. So you can swap with any ATX PSU. Also, it can support a GTX 1050 Ti with ease.

You can put 1060 gtx on the 300 watts.

And why is so? because it has HD R7 450 Graphic?? Good luck play any demanding games on that? And that has a 180W custom Power supply, so for any kind of upgrade, you need to change it and the problem is you will have tough time to get a higher capacity one that fits on that Cabinet.

Yes, it is pretty good for that. If you are not planning to game, my only suggestion would be adding a SSD and migrate the OS to that.
