Not the most exciting deal in the world but I was in need of one of these after getting a Rift during the Summer Sale and thought I'd pass this along for anyone else in a similar position.https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insi...Id=5706844

For what it's worth, Amazon has a 10ft HDMI extender for $2.01 And a 10 ft USB extender for $4.11.
Am I missing something?

Just adding my two cents but the extender doesn't work for certain setups. I purchased it and had to buy an hdmi repeater to make it work.

Was running off an msi gs63vr.

You probably can get the two cables cheaper from Amazon or other online stores (make sure the USB cable is USB 3.0). But it is kind of nice to have a single cable, rather than two. It's easier to manage, and I imagine it is less likely to tangle up.

Edit: The Insignia cable actually does look like two cables. It has a couple of plastic pieces to keep the cables together, but it doesn't look like the cables are bonded together. Still, $10 for the package deal is pretty good, especially considering it's from Best Buy. But I'd go with Amazon if you want to save a couple bucks.

$2.01 HDMI Extension Cable - 10ft [amazon.com] (add-on item, requires $35 total, or order via Alexa)
$6.49 USB 3.0 Extension Cable - 10 ft [amazon.com]

Be careful. I have an hdmi extender and that thing does not work by itself. Either no audio or no video, or even both. I had to use a dvi to hdmi adapter for it to work, and even then there are some audio issues. You may need to get an hdmi repeater as others have mentioned.

I have this cable. They are two cables but they are bonded together for the entire run. They won't split apart in the middle like two separate cables tied at the ends would.

I made my own by just buying two usb extenders and one hdmi extension cable and it's cheaper also better quality cables.
