Thanks OP.

All the flavors I've had of this are very tasty but I find it a bit too high in sodium and calories per protein grams. Primarily though, If you care about sodium intake please take a look at the label

You might want to research this product before pouncing on it.

Not trying to thread crap but do your research before you purchase this. Syntha has too many fillers... Calories, artificial sweeteners etc. Not worth it imo.

200 calories per scoop. Damn. That's rough, I'm going to use at least 2 scoops I'm thinking. That's a good 400 calories to get 44 grams of protein. I'm kind of new to supplaments, I'm looking to get one to up my protein, but it seems kind of underwhelming. Is this good?

It depends on your goals. Are u trying to gain weight?

Man doesn't live on protein alone. I find the 600 calories (I mix mine with milk) welcome in my diet. Check your macros..if you need the calories, its a no brainer. If you are one of those dudes who divides the price by the protein grams, this also isn't for you.

I don't need the calories, I'm overweight and it's super easy for me to gain weight. I just want to gain more muscle and not more fat. Right now I'm trying to lose slowly, not an extreme cut like guys getting ripped abs go on.

K. Just run a caloric deficit and exercise. Check your macros, but you probably don't really need to add more protein, unless you're REALLY cutting calories and are worried you're not getting enough protein anymore. Protein isn't the cure-all that people seem to portray it as.

Yes, but if kept sealed in its container in a cool, dry place, protein powder will keep well past expiration without much (if any) noticeable degradation.

Syntha is more of a meal replacement vs. protein supplement. It's by far the best tasting stuff out there. Anyway, this is dead.
