I promise you it's your router. I had all sorts of issues with netgear r7000. Switched to Orbi and haven't had one disconnect in the 3 months I've had the router

It really does depend on your network. With that said, I've gotten bad bulbs that hang during setup in the past. Any bulb I've had that went through setup hasn't given me any issues afterwards.

Great deal imo

^This 100% truth. I switched from a dual band Linksys router with no external antennas which would drop the bulbs all the time. The Obri system resolved my bulbs disconnecting.

You would be 100% incorrect.

there is a reason these keep going on sale.
These are the older generation model with less lumens and not HomeKit enabled

The return policy says 60-day hassle free returns so I'll try them out and see if they're worth it.

They are hit and miss. I have had two replaced since last year but they do have a two year warranty and LIFX has been really good about sending out replacements.

Good deal but having a hard time justifying these over adding more Hue bulbs to my setup. The WiFi stability reports are scary. Hue zigbee is rock solid.
