Note how some of these coffee roasting companies are now quietly bagging in 10oz vs the traditional 12oz size. This coffee is in stores and since roasted in Canada and due to shipping and sitting in a stores warehouse, the freshness gets shortened.
Go try a fresh cup of Peets and then this stuff..Peets by a landslide wins. And one can find Peets on sale at $6.99 often with no commitment required. Bonus it that it's roasting date is usually 1 week to 10 days for great freshness. My .02 cents.

Good observation... It used to be 16oz then 14oz then 12oz became a standard. Now it's ten?? Fark them.

I'm a huge fan of peets major Dickenson coffee too! I'm trying to look for more alternatives just for variety. Do you have any simple local recommendations? I aeropress my coffee 🙂. I'm not at the point of buying it from a local roaster yet...

I really like this coffee, but I only use it for cold brew. It is great for that.

If you have a Trader Joe's near you, give Joe's Dark Roast beans a try. They are a bargain at $4.99 for a 12 oz can and always fresh.

Another favorite when I had a COstco membership: Kirkland Brand espresso roast..delicious and also available at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Kirkland-S...8b-4A&th=1

I like my coffee to have a pinch of horse added to the brew. It gives it more of a kick.
