Serious question, what makes this particular model the best? Seeing other models of wireless blood pressure monitors that can be had for less & with better reviews? Looking for a nice model.

IMO (someone correct me if I'm wrong) it's because the one I linked to is FDA approved while the ones you linked to are not (or at least not mentioned on Amazon's product page). I think he FDA process adds some $$ to the cost of a product

Omron is a very famous Japanese brand. They have a long history of doing medical devices. You can find a lot of researches and patents from them. They definitely are one of the best company in hardware. I don't know about software/app. I found out a lot of Japanese companies have sub par softwares...
