If anyone is on the fence about this, we own one and it is GREAT. Vacuums and wet-cleans our hardwood floors very quickly. I can honestly say our floors get cleaned at least twice as often since we bought this.

How much is the cleaning solution for it? Do you have to use Bissell's?

I have one and I love it for cleaning up after my 1 year old dumps her food. My floor is all tile and the only issue I have is that no matter which cleaner I use, it leaves a residue that can be slippery. I tend to go over it with a steam mop afterwards when I want the tile really clean.
Also, for those in San Diego, GTM's in Santee has a ton of them for $139 and they usually have a 20-30% off coupon. It's open box though.

We own one as well, very worth the purchase. We have a lot of tile in our home and it cuts my sweeping time out of the picture. The in-laws have one for their hardwood floors and it works great there too, leaves minimal moisture in the surface.

How's the suction? Good for carpet? I was thinking to get steam mop for 80 bucks.

Same here. Little one learning to eat and loves to throw. Which steam mop you would suggest between 80 to 120$ in range? Don't want to expensive ones.

We have and LOVE This - got it on the last Kohls deal. Had floormates before and this is so much better. Lighter ,easier to use and gets in small spots, holds a lot more water and while it's still a little bit of a pain to clean its' still easier than the fm. Like almost all of these kinds of things it doesn't get fully up to the edges of the floor but I haven't found many that did that weren't $$$ so its' a minor thing now.

Only down side is it is a slightly weaker scrub for stuck on gunk, I pre spray any spots for this reason, but otherwise no cons!

Does this work on wood floor as well as tile?

I love the Bissel 1940 steam mop. I think I got it for around $65. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0091YY...5627515118

Awesome vacuum. This is the best deal I've seen for it. The vacuum works so well that my mom has been waiting for for a year for it to come down in price.

I have a $10 off $30 coupon that I don't want. Dunno if it'll stack with the coupon here, but it's free for anyone to try.

Thank you for the reviews. I got one today!

I even went ahead and applied for a Kohl's charge cc before I purchased this in-store.
