Freedompop will not respond to my ticket. Is this the norm?

I can not get a response to my ticket from freedompop.

How can I get a hold of these guys. Anyone know what to do? they charged my card $70+ for a sim I never received or activated.

Contacting the Freedompop rep here isn't 24 hour a day seven day a week instant response service. Based on what you've posted publicly you sent a pm on Thursday and they've responded to you publicly on Monday.

You asked what the norm is, I'd say that is the norm based on my experience. Sometimes my pms get answered the same day, if it's a weekday, sometimes it takes a few days.

It's been two weeks and a few days since I submitted a ticket. At least a week since I pmd on here. Since you probably work for FreedomPop, maybe you can help me.

I don't work for Freedompop and there's no reason for you to think I "probably" do other than voices in your head. You asked what the norm is, so I responded based on my experience.

"Submitting a ticket" has nothing to do with anything I've posted.

I did not come to their rescue. You asked what the norm is and I answered you based on my experience with the Freedompop rep here.

btw, I search for Freedompop threads for a couple of reasons, which is how a came across this thread.

1.It's the best way to find out about changes that might affect my accounts.
2. sometimes I have experience with something and can post about it.
3. for entertainment. arguing can be fun.

I have bought the SIII and It came as defective. How can I obtain the prepaid return shipping label so that I can return it and exchange a new one? Thank you.

No, it isn't. This is what it says when you try to send a PM:

FreedomPop has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove FreedomPop from the recipient list and send the message again.
