I don't own these so I can't speak for their quality/longevity...but I do know that thread count isnt always an indicator of quality. My 600 tc kohls cotton sheets have been around and in great shape since 2010 with regular use and bleach washings on hot temps (generally not the advised way to wash). A 1200 tc high end brand I paid $70 for, thinking I was "done" shopping for sheets, was pilling after one use on my husbands side of the bed (cold water wash, no bleach). Right now we are using the 400 tc royal velvet from JCP, but I don't know how they will stand up in the wash. Time will tell. I buy looking for comfort, and generally I also be sure the store has a generous return policy unless the price is too good to pass up.

funny how some reviews are like "soft" and others are like "not soft"

I'm uncomfortable with how not-white that white looks. I have a lot of white sheets that I intermix, I'd hate to throw in some off-whites into the mix and be forever separating them.

Yeah, green just sold out while I was looking through beauty items for free shipping. I was able to grab a King White.

--Some of the beauty items come with a free gift. Ex. Jumbo Eye Pencil ($4.50) also gets you a free mascara sample automatically added to your bag. https://m.macys.com/shop/product/...PDP_ZONE_B

I just bought these, they are soft and probably the nicest sheets I ever owned. Only went thru one wash so far. Only problem for me is the fitted sheet keeps coming off but I have an adjustable bed frame so it's to be expected

Needed some king sheets for our new bed, hopefully these will be nice, if not we need an extra set anyway, can't go wrong for the price though.

There is no bigger source of BS than advertised thread count. You can find really poor quality sheets with outrageously high thread counts. And you can find very decent feeling sheets with thread counts around 400 or so.

These are the latter.

I bought the lip balm that had really good reviews since I would never use the eye pencil.
