Update: according to some of the comments, you can just talk to Newegg customer service and they will match the eBay price and give you the games. In that case a Citi credit card wouldn't be needed.

Here is what you need to do:
1. Buy it from Newegg using your Citi credit card
2. Submit Price Rewind Request Form with your Newegg receipt and screenshot of the eBay listing from the link below
3. Get your price difference refund from Citi! HOORAY!!

It worked for me. It took them only 3 business days to issue the refund.

Won't it be easier to buy it directly from eBay? And if you want the free game just contact Newegg support for it.

I didn't know you can just contact Newegg to get the free games for EBay orders. If you can do that, it's easier to do it that way.

Okay. I contacted newegg and they told me to buy it from newegg.com which comes out to a total of about 503 dollars including 2 free games. Newegg told me they would honor the 30 discount and will refund my CC $30.

Now I'll sell the games and end up getting the gpu for $380 - $390.

Boom slickdeal!

So after ordering from Newegg.com, they said call them back to request the refund so it'll match the eBay price?

I spoke to newegg customer service before I bought the card and they told me to place the order then send them the order number. In about 2 days they will refund $30 to my credit card.

Correct me if im wrong, but I thought the games are hardware locked. Thats what I've read from the other newegg gtx 1080 deals.

From my past experience, Newegg via eBay does NOT offer free games

I read in a review it's a "Custom board; ASUS is not using the reference board that comes with the founders edition; board is 6+2 design (versus 5+1)"

Does this mean that I can't swap out my GTX 1070 founders edition for this? It won't fit? (For a Lenovo y710 cube). Thanks

You can't sell them... FYI nvidia made that pretty much impossible.

Even if you could sell the games (you can't) you wouldn't get anywhere near retail for them unless you knew an interested party. Unverified keys rarely fetch more than 20-25 because it's so easy to get scammed on either end.

Just enjoy what is at least one very good game and probably another good one too.

You can sell the game. But who ever buys it has to have a 1080 or 1080 ti in order to activate it.

"I show that the price is still $499.99 on our website. I apologize for the confusion, but we do not honor the price difference for the Newegg price on Ebay."
