Read them all and decided to get Jaipur, the others sound pretty complicated and better for multiple players.

Splendor is not complicated, and the AI is pretty good. It is actually a pretty standard introductory game into the wider board game hobby.

I remember it teaching how to play well, better than reading the manual. Never played the real game but it made me want to get it at some point.

There is no multi-player with this, correct? Just me playing with AI?

Asmodee has an online system, but not sure if it's used on all their games. Jaipur and Ticket to Ride are online for sure.

No, there's online matchups for many of these. I know with Splendor the only multiplayer mode initially was pass-and-play, but then they added online play in an update so that may be in the cards for other games lacking multiplayer.

For Splendor or all games?

Splendor says: "Solo mode, pass & play and online multiplayer (2 to 4 players)."

Wow. Pandemic is just as convoluted as a phone game as it is as a board game. So at the very least, it's an accurate recreation.

I can say that I've had many flights where I think "I'll just play one quick game of Pandemic and then I'll watch a movie" and then I end up playing for the entire flight. It's also a good way to learn the rules and get a taste for it for $2 before you shell out $30 for the physical (which you should and quite likely will after getting hooked on the mobile version).
