Marshmallow with little hope for Nougat let alone Oreo kills this deal

Price seems more or less right, its unfortunate the software isn't there. Camera also seems to be good.

Got my 2 phones delivered on the $99.00 deal with service. I originally had ordered one with Cricket card and then read that Mint 3 month card was available too. Canceled that order within minutes, got confirmation from BB, but found out later it was still shipping.
My thoughts on the phone:
The good: killer camera! I've been looking at images from it and comparing them to my Moto G4, G5, and iPhone 5S and this Sony sensor Kodak is showing excellent fine detail and color. When set to Auto, it's ok, but when I set to Program or Scene, it's great. Love that it has a easy photo menu and what's great is a real shutter button! The screen is very good (full hd) and I like the feel/smoothness of Gorilla Glass protective coating. The UI is ok, not laggy, but a bit different. It's slightly laggy, but nothing serious. Call quality on earpiece is very good, but speakerphone is poor. Not too much bloatware and able to remove most. Battery life is a unknown, but seems ok so far. Has Type C charging..I like. Love that it has a notification light! Comes very well packaged in a cool yellow retro/vintage look Kodak Ektra box which is designed to look like their film.

The bad: speakerphone is very poor. I will try a speaker booster app, but not expecting much. Can't think of any negative for now since getting it just yesterday.

Would I pay over $300. for it? No. I would not go over $200.-$250. for it and that's only if I like good camera images (and it really delivers). I rate it's overall performance at a 7.5/10.
