Those LED lights produce a lot of blue spectrum light which interfere with sleep cycle. I wounder if they have more warmer light.

yes you are right, low quality white light LED produce a lot of blue spectrum.. But the good quality LED without this problem...I like this lamp's unique clamp, but I agree with you, warm LED maybe better
