Looking at reviews, it seems like their product is step above Logitech G29 but their support is pretty much non existent. Given that these have a relatively high failure rate, I might consider purchasing G29 instead.

I've had this for over 3.5yrs, works perfect. I did get a better pedal set. But at this price point its unbeatable especially by a Logitech. And I had the Logitech G27 before this.

How much did the pedal set you back and which one did you buy? I am just throwing words out there just in case people are torn between this and G29

My t300s GT has a bunch of problems. The wheel has a scraping noise and the brake pedal clicks when pressed. I contacted TM about it and they asked for a video, I provided this and they gave me a shipping label to send it back so they could fix or replace it (they didn't tell me). I was too lazy to actually ship it back so I've been living with it, but their support seems fine to me. Dunno what everyone is complaining about.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. Totally different wheels, and I have both. No questions, Thristmaster is a FAR superior technology, and a NEWer design. The G29 is nothing more than a reformat of the old G27, of which I also own. The wheels are NOT the same. Even if support DID suck, I'd still never drive a Logitech again.

I got this the T300RS with the 2 pedal set, and it was $400 at the time. Along with the Playsear challenge.

It went on sale for $99 December last year, and after I believe a Visa promo got it for $79ish after taxes. Pretty sweet deal for it.

I also own the T300RS and this wheel is better than my old G27. (Though I do wish that it was leather covered like the logitech one). I did invest about $80 for the shifter and another $100ish for the 3TPA-PRO pedal set. My wheel works beautifully, but the potentiometer in the accelerator pedal did fail pretty much withing 1st 100 hours of use. However, pots failing is a very common and well documented thing. Also, the conical brake mod is awesome.

This deal is great!
