The official FreedomPop Customer Service account is no longer accepting PM. Has FreedomPop ended its support for SlickDeals users? Is paid support the only option left available?

Anyone successful with charge backs/disputes after Freedompop randomly reactivates Premier? Just checked my bank statement and have been charged $24 monthly for something I turned off on Day 1...

Most likely successful in charge back but FP will delete your entire account if you do. I would recommend you to start a ticket on their support page to TRY to get it resolved but no guarantees. I had a FP rep over on the "Community Forum" overcharge me & then tell me she's not giving me my money back. However, that being said I've had better results with creating a ticket. YMMV

OP No longer accepting PM's. I'm going to assume it's due to the confusion between their support site & sending messages to SD rep. Also, the fact is FP is changing it's entire landscape so buckle up... We're in for a ride!

Looks like FP account is back to accepting PMs, which is a good thing. Not so good however is that PM access was shut off in the first place.

I suggest you contact their customer service via support ticket. For a few times now, I get back my money when they charged me too earlier than I expected (while using their offered trial). They never fail to refund me.

I just had the most ABYSMAL "customer service" experience of my life with this God-awful company. Their third world CS agents hung up on me SIX TIMES while supposedly transferring me to activate two new lines (twice I was hung up on mid-sentence). They must be instructed to do this? May Freedompop burn to the ground. SO glad I learned how horrible a company this is sooner rather than later. I just saved myself a lot of headache! Now to get my money back for these SIM cards. If tonight's phone experience was any indication, a CC dispute will be my easiest--and likely only--route. F-YOU FREEDOMPOP!
