I have one of these and love it. Decent power and simple to empty. Have had it about a year without issue. Use it mostly for quick dog hair cleanup, with all wood floors hair seems to magically appear around edges within hours of cleaning.

How does this compare with B+D BDH2000L model? I have BDH2000L but unopened, so wondering if I should return that and buy this one instead.

I have this, bought a little less than 2 years ago and the battery no longer holds a charge, you get maybe a minute of it working, then back on the charger. I guess that's common for dustbusters though.

I have the same problem. The issue is that the one that we have has a nickel cadmium battery. They were notorious for the battery dying. There is a youtubw video on how to take it apart and replace the cells. You can use nimh or lithium

The only thing that prevents me from getting one of these Li cordless vacs is the lack of a stick attachment. It's such a PITA to do spot vacuuming by hand and a stick makes it SO much easier. What's the cheapest decent cordless stick vac?

I have 3 of these and all have their batteries gone in a month or so. They work for less than a minute after charging. Considering my experience, I cannot recommend it.
