Newbie question... Can windscribe VPN be used for torrenting? Where can I get instructions on it. When I contacted windscribe support they kept on saying.... We cannot condone any illegal activity via our servers... Essentially neither agreeing nor denying if it will work

Got the lifetime deal from Windscribe, following a year subscription. My speeds have now been cut to a third.

I did the lifetime I previously had PIA. Windscribe is slower but for the price wasn't expecting much. Yes it works with torrents and yes works with kodi. I have a 300Mbps get about 30 to 75Mbps on my connection but 30 is usually the average connection I get. Gets the torrent job done so can't complain.

Purchased the Windndscribe deal a few months ago...now it runs at 200mbps for about 20-30 mins and then drops to a slow <20mbps

$20 lost, would not recommend this to any one...Mad

When I turn off the windscribe firewall and close the connection to their servers, my transfer rate jumps back to 200mbps (thats what I throttle it to) Applause

Def would recommend against this

My torrent speed with Windscribe starts off great... then quickly drops to almost nothing. They're clearly doing something on their end whether they admit to it or not. Same with changing servers... works great for a few seconds... then throttled to nothing again. (Immediately turn off Windscribe and torrent speed jumps back to normal.)

For normal web browsing, it's been just okay.
