I'm pretty sure any flashlight enthusiast would consider this junk. There is no chance I would be comfortable "wearing" these 2 no name lithium batteries either.

if it really outputs 5000 lumens, I will not put it on my hair, unless I want to
have a weird burn on my forhead or lose all my hair in a fire and become
the captain of NCC-1701D

It does output 5k lumens... If you attach the led directly to your retina.
